Your favourite NEON strength style, on the mat. Sculpt, sweat, and feel the burn.
We use Pilates props like the ball, ring, resistance bands, and sometimes light dumbbells for extra challenge.
Suitable for all levels. Not recommended during pregnancy due to elevated heat levels.

HOT BARRE
Small moves. Big fire. Expect the shake, the sweat, and the smiles.
Energetic playlists, plenty of props, and loads of heat for the perfect mix of strength and fun.

Lift, sweat, and move like an athlete.
Functional strength training with NEON energy using kettlebells to build power, endurance, and serious strength.
